My Budgerigar

I would like to introduce the parakeet I had before. My parakeet was a Budgerigar. His name was Kuu. Budgerigars live in Australia. There are about 18-23 centimeters long and slightly larger than sparrows. There are 5000 variations in color and pattern of the budgerigar. My budgerigar had a yellow head and a light blue body.

Budgerigars have a very friendly personality. They are also good friends with stuffed animals. My budgerigar got along with my white-tailed parakeet. I was surprised to see them eating fruits together, but they were so cute. It’s a very rare parakeet that gets along well with non-birds. Sometimes cat’s attack when birds and cats are together. Budgerigars are also more talkative than other parakeets.

My budgerigar could imitate the sound of a camera shutter. He was so good that I couldn’t distinguish it from the real thing. This parakeet is recommended  because it is small and easy to keep. I think there are many people who keep them.
